Black Ops 2 - My giveaway didn't work :( [ PUZZLE SOLUTION ]

I've been playing Dota2 but it's too hard, I wanted to try another game...
So I have created this giveaway for Black Ops 2 last week and it ended yesterday.
The problem here is thAt i didn't receive anything.

I made it last a week so that people wanting to send me the game can have enoUgh time to enter, there was something like 2000 members ready to giveaway Black Ops 2 but I still don't have any key.

So my questions Are :

Is the cost of the game split betwEen all the people who entered, and that mean that i have to wait that each one of them send the money ?

Or is that just one of them who will send me the key ?

I think it wasn't too easy nor too hard as 53 people solved the puzzle over 266
Here is the solution :

• First, you had to understand that the topic wasn't really complaining about not having BO2. I saw some people deleting their answer when they understood it. haha.

• Second : see that it wasn't a troll or just a joke but that there was a puzzle hidden. The letters in italic in the text giving : I2AUlAEy . A code for a itstoohard url. The "2" in "Black Ops 2" was hard to spot, that's why I've placed "dota2" and "2000" so that it can be noticed.

• Once on the puzzle page : http://www.itstoohard.com/puzzle/I2AUlAEy . You can see "pastebin: TUTmcMqx". It's a code to add at the end of a pastebin url. A special sorry to the person who actually created a pastebin page containing "TUTmcMqx" (you can find it by searching for the code on pastebin.com)

• http://pastebin.com/TUTmcMqx : here you have a long binary code. You put all of that into a binary to text converter and... it gives you more binary. Some people thought that it was wrong but it's actually not, put the new binary code in the binary to text converter and now you obtain an hexadecimal code.

• Now you just put the hexa code to a text converter and you obtain the question :
  "What are the words used by Frank to make Jack do what he wants him to do ?"

• This question was probably the hardest part for most. Who are Frank and Jack ?
  Well it's not from a movie but from a video game, my favorite one. And if you have already played it, and finished it, then it is really easy. Otherwise, you missed out on one of the best video game in history.
