[Suggestion] Display promotional giveaways on the main page regardless of the filter settings

To clarify, I don't mean for it to show up for people who already have the game from the giveaway, only for those who filtered the game.
For example, I'm not interested in Dieselstormers but I wouldn't mind entering a freaking 50 copies giveaway for it.

I'm actually happy that the filters also apply to the featured giveaway.
There is a reason I put a filter up for it, so I don't like it still showing as a big highlite either.
