But for private you have to ask for support approval.
Not sure if you can put rules for group.

Not if it's a public giveaway. Only with private ones, and you should talk to a moderator to confirm the rules :)

Make it private or else you will have to follow the public GA's rules.

I think if you make it a private giveaway, you can do it however you want. Make it private, then make a post here in the forums with your rules. That way, you can check their steam profile to see if they meet the requirements and then send them the link to your private GA. I've seen others do it in the past.
