I have Witcher 3 on GOG, and by looking at the specs, what sort of graphics and so on should I be going by?

Low
Medium
High
Ultra

Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 / AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870
Hard Drive: 35 GB available space

Recommended:

Processor: Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz / AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz

Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770 / AMD GPU Radeon R9 290
Hard Drive: 35 GB available space

I can see ultra is out, same goes for low, That just leaves me with Medium or High.
Between those, what would give me the best smooth gameplay?
