That was suddenly and for no reason, The Elder Scrolls become availible, всем древние свитки посоны и дамы, however it seems fallout series is not availible (yet maybe?). For those who curious: the Skyrim price is about 25$, not sure region locked or not.
UPD: -50% ale makes it 599 roubles or ~20$

it isn't region locked, but there's been sales for russian region locked keys for under $10(even saw a place do a one once for $6), so this only helps people wanting to get it cheap from russians and russian traders

Kinda bad, that Fallout is still unavailable in our region. I really want to buy Fallout 3 GOTY.. But still, good news, better than nothing from Bethesda.

Yes the price it's more expensive then retail version or key but it's didnt region locked and the fact itself that Bethesda make some games availible - thats already pretty nice, maybe someday Id games (Doom, Quake, Wolfenstain, Rage) will be availible too.

Some retail games are not available since the devs singed with local based distibutors .
BTW have checked exchange rates for belarus rouble , its just asome 90 euro cents = 10.000 bel rur , so as i get it right , give a belarus 100 euro and he becomes a millionaire

а українці досі не мають доступу до деяких розділів та специфічних тайтлів... і у мене від цього пічалька!

Даєш ціни в гривнях на забавки в парововій майстерні!

Translation: and still we in Ukraine do not have access to certain titles and publishers... which makes me a SAD PANDA =(

We want prices in steam in ukrainian national currency Hrivnia!

Also, id Software is now available for us. You can only buy Doom games though. Thats strange, but for some reasons, all Batman titles are locked during this flash deal. I could buy them all before this deal and since winter sale, very strange :(

I'm russian and price on Bethesda's games is so big, we never spend thousand of rubles on one game.

zenimax/bethesda (meaning id software games as well) has thrown bunch of eastern europe countries together with russia and 1c seems to be the official supplier for this region. not that i'm complaining - 15-16€ for skyrim on launch day was pretty sweet.

but currently most (if not all) bethesda games seem to be available (russian region versions) on steam for me. granted, there's something fishy going on with the packs.

So, here we go, Fallout New Vegas and DLCs are available for our country. Though, DLCs do not support russian language, but that's not a big problem. Waiting for Fallout 3 only :)
