I won a humble bundle gift key, just entered my email account, but didn't recive anything, i thought that the proccess was all automatic, is my bad or it is anything else? Thanks for your help!

It just takes up to 30 minutes. Last time I had to wait quite a while until I received the Humble mail as well

Sometimes it's just slow, you can also request all your HB gifts to be resent to your email in case it actually got lost.
