I don't have any affiliation with the site, but they just launched today, and one of my facebook friends invited me to like their page, so I immediately thought of the Steam Gifts forumgoers.

If only they had this in Ireland during the Great Famine, a lot of lives would have been saved. On the other hand, there would have been a lot less Irish immigrants in the USA. Tough call, really, since one of the great strengths of the US is the myriad different cultures that live within.
