Question about Temporary Level Changes

Over the past month there has been a couple of instances where my level jumped from 3 to 4, and then reverted back to what I assume is my correct level which is 3. I'm guessing that some of the GA's I've done in the past have changed in contributor points or maybe some of the games have been taken off of bundle lists or something else that I don't understand with my limited human brain has occurred and then when the problem or glitch is corrected my level drops back down to where it should be.

So here's my question; if I were to enter a GA that is for level 4 and my level would drop back to 3 what would happen? Would the system kick me out as a potential winner and remove me from the roll? Or could I possibly win and be ineligible at the same time and force the creator to ask for a reroll? Or worse still, would it create a paradox or a tear in the space-time continuum and unravel the universe? Or did you stop reading after the first line and just want me to shut up now?

I kinda have the feeling that I'm gonna drop in level again back to 3, so I'm thinking I should avoid level 4 giveaways since I think I should be level 3 and it wouldn't be right to win a GA that is 4+ having knowledge that it is most likely just a temporary glitch. I'm just wondering what would happen if I did enter one of those GA's and ignored the ethical aspect and the danger it might pose to all of existence.\
