Crusader Kings 2. There is an event in the game that you could invite a horse called Glitterhoof to your court . After that people started experimenting and someone found that you could give a title, some land and even marry it. Some of the stories are hilarious. I've found a few with a quick google search:

I think Danganronpa 2. Too bad I couldn't pick more than one category for a game. Best use for a farm animal and most tearful.

Hm, it looks like for now I'm the only one who voted for Stronghold 1. In game farmers grow cows for cheeze, craftsman kill them to make leather armor, but most importantly you can throw cows using trebuchet into enemy castles to spread plague among opponent army.

I would have picked Stardew Valley but i also nominated it for the 5 more minutes award so i went with Slime Rancher. Cutest slimes ever and their poop makes you rich.

I saw a few threads on other categories, but none on this; and so, since I have no idea what to vote for this, I figure I could ask you guys to drop some ideas.
I would probably pick Diablo for not including a cow level.
