It was given away free on Epic on [July 25, 2019 through August 1st, 2009] but only added to the giveaway list Nov, 1 2019, so it's definitely not a confusion with Epic (or, at least, not a singular confusion with it). Not seeing any real reason off-hand for it, but we've been getting a lot of ones with unclear premises on the list of late. It's probably to the point where staff should make a clear statement clarifying some of the sources, so that it feels less mysterious and obsfucated.

Maybe there was some price glitch on the Russian store (or some other site) that was causing it to be essentially free.
That said, I remember other cases where there was a dodgy site selling keys for literally about five cents to a certain country, but the game was giving full CV. Oh well. Exploits will be exploits.

Another mistake done by some mods somewhere in 2018.
It is added as a bundled game, but I cannot find any info about this game being given away for free (there wasn't even the free weekend yet)

Honestly, this is a pretty solid idea. Instead of paying like $15 for all of these, just pick and choose the ones you want. Especially considering they've priced them all individually at an almost pinpoint precision... I'd rather have this than be forced to play the full price of a game just to get a bunch of random stuff you might not even want.
