I've only encountered myself being Blacklisted one time (I entered a giveaway for a game that it seems I already have, but it was one of those situations where the link takes you to the new version of the game (didn't own) while my version isn't sold on Steam anymore so it wasn't flagged as owned).

lol, I even made sure to check and see if I owned it (because I really thought I did), but following the Steam link said I didn't. I should've followed my instincts and actually checked my Steam library rather than just relying on the browser.
