Don't worry, I completed Portal 1 and I can't figure out Q2 either... it was so long ago though, I might be missing something, but it's a tough question without a shadow of a doubt!

Yeah, I've beat Portal 1 and 2 multiple times and the answer seemingly feels like it has nothing to do with the picture or any object in the picture. xD

So, my Cake Day is in a little less than 3 days (March 6th); I turn 2 on SG! Naturally, all giveaways will require Level 2 and close exactly when my Cake Day ends.
