Actually, it was proven to be good for the body. And of course, as you said, doing it for a whole year is bad, that's why god chose a singe month, as a way to clean your stomache from all the poisons(eventhough some people eat more poison during the iftar)

I dislike mammalian meat, but enjoy fish and poultry. I don't eat fish much, I mostly have turkey when I eat meat. I also have a lot of Chicken, but I'm not a big fan of it. I will also have some ground beef in a burger or something when I'm out.
I drink a lot of milk, going through about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a week. Turkey and milk are the most stable thing in my diet, I eat a lot of fruit, grains, and dairy, but what kinds change pretty often.

I eat everything, but I eat healthy. No sodas, sweets very rarely, a crapload of vegetables and fruits, and quite a bit of meat, grain (rice mostly) and bread I guess.
I must be doing it right, because I'm healthy and not overweight (in fact I may be slightly underweight by standards).

Today I had left over Subway my girlfriend brought round (I told her I wanted Subway even though I was already cooking dinner because who would pass up on a chance like that?) then pack of super noodles (I believe they're called Ramen or something in US) and now I am waiting for my girlfriend to finish work at Wetherspoons so she can bring me BURRITO! I honestly don't know how I am skinny.
