Need help for the giveway creation

Also, you'll send it trough email or trough steam.

There will be a blue bar (like the green one when you win something) click there and click "send gift". The winner's e-mail will appear, then just send the key to his/her e-mail. If you are not sure, just add him/her on steam and give the key via chat.
