Last week I found 2 people who made fake giveaways, one the them made 2, so I reported them. Many days later they weren't suspended or banned, and just today, the one who made 1 fake giveaway is suspended, but not the other.

Also last week, I found one person who won the same game twice in two different giveaways, I reported him, but he's still around.

And, I had a requirement problem with a winner in my last giveaway, I asked for a re-roll, but 2 days later, it is still pending...

So, does the Report / Support Ticket work in this site, or what?

Think about how many people submit tickets each day.

Now think about how many people there are to deal with said tickets.

Do the math.

Support works, but the report user button does not work unless you are using SG+, AFAIK.

If that person was me with the double win, I can't be suspended since I already served my time. :p

In all seriousness: Just wait and be patient

What proofs of this giveaways to be 100% fake do you have?
They have a week to send the gift to the winner so a person could not be banned before 1 week after the end of giveaway ended. And nobody needs your report in this case.
As soon as a week ends and a not received checked by winner - this is when the staff bans the faker (maybe after some investigation).
And your fake giveaways guesswork is just a useless thing.

They might have a week to send it, thats not the only reason someone could get aban/suspension though.

They never sent the gifts, and the winners reported that they never received it. One of the giveaway creators changed his avatar for a famous "face troll" after the giveaway ended... I would never report "during", just after the 7 days have passed. Obviously, I have read the rules, and I stick to them.

In this case I am quite sure they would be ban as soon as staff has time for it.

I should add, that the person with the 2 fake giveaways has only those 2 giveaways in his/her history...

The "Report User" button on profiles doesn't work (unless you use SG+); you need to submit a support ticket to report those individuals. We never acted upon your reports because we never saw them.

We also gets hundreds of tickets a day, and we are just volunteers donating our free time to go through tickets. Sometimes tickets take some time for us to get to, especially when they are more complicated/delicate issues.

As for your reroll request, while you believe you had valid reason for a new winner, unfortunately I don't see anything within our guidelines under which we could approve it. The special rule you had in the giveaway wasn't pre-approved through support, and he was a valid member of the group at the time the giveaway ended.

Surely the button should be removed then as thats a glaringly significant "bug". There's no reason for people not to be using the add-on but it is kind of third party.

"No reason"? I don't use add-ons for ANY website. If you want me to have a feature you'll program it into the code, otherwise I'll do without like the other peons.

Then, clearly the "Report button" should be fixed or removed, as it only leads to confusion. And I don't think that to force adding an add-on for any site to do such simple task is the way to fix it.

As for the re-roll request, a simple answer, even a "not accepted", would had been appropiate, but after 2 days I had to cancel it.

I agree with both statements, however I can't do anything about #1 and #2 just needed some more time for someone to get to it.

I should clarify. To the best of my knowledge, the button works, we just don't have access to the results. One day, we're going to have access and find ourselves with a million reports, I'm sure of it. The admin's working on plenty of different things right now, so I'm not sure what his plans are about the button just yet.
