Don't fret. Support will sort you out. Raise a ticket explaining the situation (if your original ticket didn't include these details) and be prepared to wait a few days, as I believe they are working through a hefty backlog.
Also, there's a chance that the recipient of your gift is busy/away, or your gift has ended up lost in their spam folder so try contacting them personally in the meantime. Hopefully you can sort things out amicably!

I sent them a ticket. It also had the screenshot of the key I emailed him. :P
But yes, I probably do need to be patient. I just don't want people to think I won't send them their game if I make more giveaways. :[ I'm fairly new to this site so I really didn't know how fast/slow the process would be as far as reports.

Don't worry - You've got enough positive feedback to suggest to people unaware of the situation that you know what you're doing.
I'd still suggest trying to contact your errant winner if you haven't already, since I've had several gifts, both received and sent, ending up in junk folders. He/she is obviously a rookie, and probably not a native English speaker, so they may just need a little help with the process :)

That's what I was thinking. Since he's been here for a year I figured he knew how the site worked already. I was worried he didn't speak English though. I'll try adding him.

As I said it looks like the winner already has added the game to his account and went to the site and clicked "not received".
Maybe he just made a mistake and clicked the wrong one and didn't notice his mistake. Have you tried contacting him by chat about it?
All he has todo is go back to the site and mark it as received.
