this happens when I try to make a giveaway:-
"The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts."
how I can make a giveaway then?

Request other slots form the staff members and stop deleting your giveaways.

You have to contact support so they can give you an extra giveaway slot
