It activated as the preorder edition - and you get all the bonuses you just listed. I do not believe Steam can magically just change what type of key you get :P

Pity I only now find out the source of that key I've been seeing giveaways for. Don't have the game, but intend to get it, so would have been happy to grab the pre order content.

I know the promotion has ended, but i was thinking of trading for a copy of a key on ST. Does anyone know if it comes with any bonuses, i have heard that it comes with "crew expendables", "Last Survivor" and some TF2 items. Is this correct? Has anyone tried redeeming a code now that the AMD promotion has finished?
