I doubt it's as low as 0.1%. My guess is it's like unusual hat drops. About 1%.

I had 1 portal 2 foil and 1 HL2 foil...cant complain

I farmed all cards in TF2, CS:GO, HL2 and Portal 2 after I was level 10 and didn't get a single Foil ... don't even count on it :-/

I still dont understand this at all. So I play and I get cards. Limited number, I get it. 4/9 from TF2 so far cant get more from drops. So the only way to get others is to pay and get more to drop or to trade them? Cause if trading is the only way than omg, Im not going to spend god knows how much to get some badge. Which is a shame, cause I love TCGs. The only badge I got is Pillar one, and Im like lvl 6, no way to get higher.

How often do cards drop? Sometimes I play for a hour and I get nothing. But then I play for like 15 mins and get something. -_-

I managed to nab a CS GO foil, was the first card I had drop too!
