internet connection problem. could be to do with your service provider or your computer. If you download Rainmeter and enable the network viewer you'll see if your computer is downloading in the background.
could also be your internet service provider if you've gone over your download limit or if they have network issues.

If you want to know you current download/upload speed, it´s enough to install this little gem: (also available in english I think). It shows the network speed in the taskbar.

Same is for me and kinda always has been. Not only the loading times but the app itself. For example changing the tab takes 3-5 seconds to actually change the image and if I leave it in background for a few hours it moves like crap for a while.
Oh, and add the huge rendering problems as well as the bad performance when the history and bookmarks get bigger.
That's why I still use old versions of Opera.

Go to settings, then history, click "Clear browsing data...". Choose from "the beginning of time" and check all. Then click "Clear browsing data". This might help.

I'm disappointed. You don't sound anywhere near as angry as your Steam name and avatar led me to believe...

Screen-O-Matic. I was going to use Camtasia but it takes longer to use Camtasia.

Serious answer - there are extensions like Magic Buffer which will help. I have a great internet connection, and I still have issues with Youtube here and there.

YouTube sucks, that's the problem.
Chrome (or at least Iron which I use) is pretty fast as long as the server isn't slow.
