You should buy the Valve Complete Pack instead of CS:GO if you don't own the other Valve games (L4D, Portal, HL...)

Personally depends on prices and availability. Currently I'm basing around Cities: Skylines, Skyrim, and Euro Truck Simulator 2. If still money left (unlikely), GTA V. I've had a friend play Mafia 2 and I've seen a full playthrough and he said it's a REALLY great game. I'm not going to spoil anything, only say that the ending is just amazing.

I don't really know yet. Probably any game on my wishlist for 75% or more.

Mordor, PoE, Skyrim dlc's depending on price and discount.
Or any 4x game that I dont have but has good/great word of mouth.
