You need to wait 3 more days before sending in a ticket to reroll. More specifically, you should link a screenshot of the pending gift that's in your inventory in the "description" part of your ticket.

7 days, read the FAQ.
Edit: Tried quote syntax, didn't work as intended :)

You have to wait for seven days. After that you have to contact the winner by email, Steam or old GA threads of them and document it. If he still doesn't respond, open a ticket for requesting received feedback with the evidence of contacting trials. Support will then also try it and perform a re-roll, if the winner still doesn't react.

Hi, so the winner of one of my GA's didn't redeem the gift/mark as received. I specifically state in my GA's, if I send it via email check it it's up to date. I sent the gift via email and noticed the winner on their Steam profile. It's been 4 days without any sign of action by the winner. Can I reroll? Or do I have to wait longer? Also, it's not like they don't know what's up, the winner has been online the last couple days.
