Can i limit my giveaways to my country only?

Hello, i can't see this in the FAQ and rules.

This is my question:
Can i limit my giveaways to my country only in the Description?

I know i can limit with the region, but i want to limit to my country.

Make a steam group only that only allows people from your country. Otherwise there is no way.

If you make a thread here inviting all people from that country you will get quite a few members. Of course people could lie to enter but I'm sure there has to be some way to verify.

Just make a private group, like Max suggested, and then make a posting in the Group Recruitment thread, telling people from that country to join up.

I have a Metro 2033 Redux key that is region locked to Brazil. By making a private group open only to Brazilians I could finally make a giveaway for it.

But doesn't exist region locked "Brazil" only. The region lock is "South America".

Então, mas se eu fizer que nem o cara sugeriu e criar um grupo privado só pra Brasileiros, eu posso fazer um giveaway só pra aquele grupo, entendeu?

Se os dois têm jogos que querem dar só a brasileiros, talvez pudessem ambos anunciar juntos na mesma Thread (ou mandar o link um do outro na descrição da GA).

If you two have games you with to give only to Brazilians, perhaps you could both shout out about it on the same thread (or send the link of one another in each other's GA).

Well, there are currently 34,286 people in Brazil on SG, although I'm not sure how you'd find them, other than my previous suggestion (create a group and post about it in the Group Recruitment category).

I think no, as special rules are no longer allowed, so Region, Level, Invite Only, Groups, Whitelist, and Blacklist are what you have at your disposal to work with.

Perhaps you can make the thread and ask questions related to such country on It's Too Hard that only people from such country can answer? It's just a suggestion, though.

Google is too powerful to let that stop some people. They can smell a giveaway from the across the globe. But then again, I'm not sure if I have an alternative...

Some folks Google-fu are too strong so unless the answer was very unique, it is unlikely a random will not be able to get it.
