You can, the slide bar has 2 parts, just place the second one on the amount you want and you will only see the GA's between that set amount.

With the steamgifts+ addon you can filter giveaways by contributor range - there's a slider at the bottom of the filter options that lets you set the range you want to view (e.g above $30 but less than $100)
