Won and did not receive the gift

This happened to me a while ago (more than a week ago obviously) and I just wonder how often does this happen here? Just curious, nothing more.

A search on the forum should give you a number that you can multiply by 2 and with a margin of error of 30% you will have the answer.

If you didn't receive a game for a week just mark it as not received. Can you be banned for not delivering a game? Just wondering.

In the past month, 99% of games are received or awaiting feedback, so it's fairly uncommon to not receive the gift.

Then I must be very unlucky, from my 16 wins I haven't received 3. And yeah, my profile doesn't show the Home giveaway, someone from the staff must've deleted it for some reason.
