Beast Blaster, Cyborg Detonator and Zombie Boom were all added to the same package ID 2 days ago so most likely you had one of the other two and got whatever was missing when the package was updated.
I'd say send a support ticket under "Other" and explain what happened and forget about it.

Thanks. Didn't think support would do anything about it.

They won't- they can't. cg and perhaps the supermoderators can, but they don't currently involve themselves in such matters. The other staff members can only do a reroll if the GA creator puts in the request.
If the alert doesn't bother you, you can keep the giveaway unmarked as either received or not received- that's the polite thing to do under normal conditions. However, mass giveaways are notorious for not ever being followed up on, so it may be best to just mark it as not received (which staff confirms is acceptable to do). That said, make sure to post in the giveaway that you want the reroll- that's a good idea in general, as that's the primary place most GA creators look for such, but it's also the first place staff looks when reviewing [if you've multi-won, for example]. If you've posted there, you're fine to just ignore the giveaway after marking it not received.

Support ticket?
Also, not sure if others have run into this but sometimes I have gotten this error message in steam even though I for sure did not own it.... I think it might be a double-click thing (first click activates, second click tries again and fails)? FWIW, I have only run into this on the Linux steam client and it doesn't happen very frequently (not sure if it happens on Windows one or not).. I've only ran into it a few times, mostly with HB keys.
You can check in Library > select game > look near top and it should tell you the date the game was "purchased'. You can use this to cross check with email or purchase history (in client, click on login name at top-right near the "X" button ... make sure its the one on top-right not your display name near Community menu > account > purchase history) to make sure you didn't actually buy it. if you don't see anything previously, then odds are you really did activate it and just got an error.
In my case, when I had cross checked (and i looked at my entire history+email), it had not been purchased/gifted prior.
//edit: spelling/grammer fixes...I can't type for shit

Yes, I sadly entered that giveaway (when I already had Zombie Boom). My apology and reroll request was on page 15, lol. By the looks of it they will need to reroll lots and lots (if they even bother).
The winner's cup is annoying...so I can mark it as not received then? Think I will do that then.
Edit: just tried that and Steamgifts will not let me mark it as not received as it has only been 5 days since the giveaway finished. Have to wait 2 more days.

So yeah.. I have no idea how it happened. I joined the "Zombie Boom" mass giveaway few days ago and when I was among the victors and tried to activate the game it said that I already own the game. When I checked, I already had the game somehow.
I have posted on the giveaway and requested a re-roll, I have also tried to add the user on Steam, with no response though they were on.
Is there any other way to request a re-roll?
