Issue while redeeming a key

Hello @all,

That started something like a week or two before the "Monster sale".

When I redeem a game key on Steam client, I have to restart the client to redeem another one, since the "+ Add a game" isn't properly working.

Sometimes, I even have to restart it multiples times before being able to redeem a single key.

So, am I the only one getting that issue, or does anyone know how to fix this?

what I would do: backup your gamefolder , and some other files ( google for backup steam) , reinstall steam, restore your backups.

Take note that reinstalling Steam will earn you a temporary lock from the market on that device - in this case the client.

thats why i wrote "some other files", if you backup the right files there is no lock, did it many times
