I'm a cynical asshole, who often gets into arguments and semi-often browses while heavilly intoxicated - so probably the worst kind of person to be doing support work, which requires calmness, patience, empathy, assertiveness etc ;)
also 90% of support volounteers end up quitting SG sooner or later not being able to deal with it anymore - I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, so even more reason not to pursue support role ;p

Take some time, and do the puzzles in the discussion Forum.
Since you have to work your brain a little not many people join the GAs protectet by the puzzles, so you quickly win something :)

Yes. You have to enter more giveaways. In 1 year you only entered on 2,789 so it is normal that you only won one game, since most of the giveaways have more than a thousand people.

That's what i want to achieve, but also i would like to know more about those groups and winding my chances up. Its like my "friend" has won more than 200 games and he never want to tell me how he did that.

The most simple way is to read forum. And read giveaways description.
Various groups do recruitment quite often. Some groups are public to join.
In some ga (giveaways) there is info in description that there are additional ga's only for group members (and link to group page is usually there as well).
If you like jigsaws - some users post puzzles in forum - and if you solve jigsaw - you will receive link to their hidden ga (if puzzle have a lot of pieces - it will take you time, but also a lot of people will resign - so there will be less entries).

Oh - and one more important thing - if you like to take part in discussion part of this site - try to be helpful and behave well xD Some people add other nice people to their whitelists and do ga's for whitelists only xD
posting on forum will also generate some amount of blacklists - no matter what you say - but don't care about it

You're eligible for Unlucky 7, which will give you access to much smaller group giveaways with a higher chance of winning! There are tons of great people who do generous giveaways for the group. It might also help to raise your level a bit more so you have access to more of the public giveaways, too.
(Also, as an additional bit of unsolicited advice: try to only enter giveaways for games you know you really want, so you can be happy about each win. It's better not to win anything at all than to win something that will sit neglected in your library. I know it feels like you're wasting your points, but trust me, it's better that way.)

Yes.
Try gifting a few games and levelling a little. (Eg levels 2-5.)
It becomes easier to win GAs because more of them become open to you, and you can join groups with private gas.
If people whitelist you for gifting, you also have access to WL giveaways, which mean an easier time for you.

Browse group recruitment category. There are a lot of groups looking for new members. But pay attention to group rules - membership may require making ga for group.

For games, sometimes there are good bundles that can give a bit of cv. Those might help you. If you have an extra dollar or two, give one a try to gift. Eg humble bundle, fanatical.
Urbanus has given some good suggestions on groups.
The forums also sometimes have GAs that the general public doesnt enter, so it might be a good idea to try looking and reading.

Oh wow.. you won Drunk Wizards.. I'm so sorry. That's actually my first giveaway won as well(it was the same GA you entered) and I entered it cause I wasn't winning anything and figured hey why not, with tons of keys being given away I have a good chance in winning something. If I remember the devs for that game did something really wrong to people too.
Anyways, let me recommend Unlucky 7. It's a great group for people who don't have many wins and it's where I joined to win my next GA and some more after that. I also met some great people there and made some good friends I still have today. I'll post the thread below. Make sure you read the rules and follow them. I'm sure they would love to have you.

If you stick to public giveaways, you will win eventually. Expect it to take a while though.
I find more value in seeing interesting looking games on Steamgifts that I later buy than I get from winning games.

This site is a scam. I haven't won a thing in over 5 years. Haven't entered a giveaway in over 5 years, but that's no excuse.
Anyway, the more you enter, the more you will win. If you want higher chance giveaways, go for forum giveaways, puzzle giveaways, etc. Also you're not far from level 2, and that would open up some more giveaways for games you want.
And as mentioned, Unlucky-7.
You can look at your account stats to see if you've been lucky or unlucky, considering the giveaways you've entered.
