I had this problem as well, I read that if you purchase the EVE Online trial for $0.00 it will work, if not contact support. It worked fine for me.

depends on if a support person messed with them. When i made a ticket for missing achievement rewards, it did register all the new ones after that. but it took them 2 months to transfer it to GMG... so yeah, LOTS of patience and waiting for the new deals i guess :P

It can be pretty spotty at times. I bought sang-froid tales of werewolves a day or so after it came on playfire rewards. Played it for the first time ofc and got all the rewards achievements. Yet It credited me for the 3 achievements but it didn't credit me for playing it for the first time. At the same time I got first play credit for Driftmoon, but no credit for 2 of the achievements I got shrug

I had that problem yesterday, my credit shows $3 while Playfire says I have $7. Fortunately for me, it got sorted out this morning! Now, I got my fingers crossed for Capcom games to be on sale tomorrow :D

It can take between 12-24 hours. If you've waited that long and it still didn't deposit then read the following FAQ, especially under "What do I do if my credit hasn't been deposited into my Green Man Gaming account??".

Also note that it is a beta Program. Some games don't register the Achievements Also if you've used SAM on your account it can lead to a inability to get playfire. Also, From what I understand it is also being debated to lead to a Steam ban.

ive contacted their support about this (every two months) because I accidentally capped an additional letter in GMail.com in one of my emails. Fucked up thing is that playfire is not cap sensitive, so once you make an account with that email, it is impossible to just remake your playfire account to tie to your gmg account.
every response I got from the support has been the same " We are unable to help you at the time, but our account link feature will deploy soon" yeah, my definition of soon is not 8 months... seriously how hard is it to force link accounts in a system that is owned by the same company... I feel like its simply an excuse at this point.
