Just wondering about support

First off, this isn't a complaint. I was wondering how long normal priority tickets are taking to get processed now that we have some semblance of a support team. To be specific, I'm curious about rerolls. Thankya

Well, considering that they just got back a day ago and don't have all their powers back yet, as well as the hundreds(thousands?) of tickets that have probably piled up by now... it's understandable. :P

So I would say probably quite a bit.
