Want to take a chance on these?

I have a couple of orphan keys that I dont need, but dont know if they are usable because I cant find the game on steam

If you take the keys, it would be interesting to know if they actually work or not

= fourth letter of the game

$ = twelfth letter of the game

@ = seventh letter of the game

= ninth letter of the alphabet

$$$ = 24th letter of the alphabet

Ah, the hash. As a brit don't call hear it called a pound much.

If you but a backslash in front of it, it turns it back from code into a symbol again. So \# makes the line look like this:

# = fourth letter of the game

Also stops asterisks from making things ittalic. Without backslash. *With backslash*

I think maybe the word "hash" has an association with drug use in N America for some reason? But the # sign was used regularly as a symbol of weight (pounds)

Thanks for the info on the formatting. Its curious that we can use the # sign in a post, maybe just cant use it as the first character of a new line

well little more information, this formatting is called Markdown (idk if you did know or not) and # are used for headings (up to 6, pretty much same as MS Word and other similar program's headings)

Joking aside, this is the first time I've heard that some people call # a pound sign. £ has always been the pound sign for me.
