In Spanish shop you have to:

1. Create an account. click the button "CREAR MI CUENTA FX".
2. Check your email to activate your account.
3. Click the button "COMPRAR" in the game's page.
4. Check your profile clicking the button "MI PERFIL" to see if the game appears.

Then you have to install the web installer named "FXWebPlayer.exe" to be able to download the game. After installing that and refresh the page in your browser, a button named "INSTALAR" will appear. Click on that button to start the installation.
