I am not sure if this has been already requested, but what about a system that notifies people if certain games come up

Like you select a game from a list and click "SUBSCRIBE" and be notified instantly via email if new giveaway with that game has been created.

As helpful as that would be, I wonder what that would do to the burgeoning community of the site. Some people (not all, of course, and hopefully not most) would likely set up notifications for the games they wanted and only come to the site when they got an alert, preventing them from becoming active members. I'm not sure if the convenience would outweigh the potential damage to the community.

That's why they have a limit to the number of points people can make - 300. This helps to keep people active in the website. But yes you do have a good point.

A filter or search function would be nice, but i also think a subscribe option would hurt the community.

Yeah I think this is a pretty good idea, should be added - or some form of it like the subscribe one u said kajar9 or the filter out option.
