"Hare in the Hat" and sgtools.info?

Hey,
since I've seen more and more giveaways with a sgtools entry check, I've been wondering if I safely can push "Hare in the Hat" to 100%. It's a little hidden object game, but the dev included a very nasty achievement. It's called "Cheater!", and when you've got that, you can't get any of the other achievements (until a DLC is published, then assumedly everyone will get "amnesty"). I won't get into the details, it's all in the game's forums.

I don't know which mechanism the dev uses to block achievements for this game, but I'm worried that this might affect the sgtools check (if it's a VAC ban).

Does anyone here have that game finished with all achievements and can give some insight?
