I think the fact that you managed to register is a bug and you might be... de-registered until you really have enough value on your account.
If I'm not mistaken there are bugs when there are free week-ends, it allows user to register even if they don't meet the requirement.

What are the requirements for registering?
Users sign-in using their Steam account, and we require their account to be valued at $100 or greater. Games that have been accessible through bundles, or games that were once available for free due to promotions or pricing errors are not included in this calculation. We have this requirement in place to prevent users from registering multiple accounts
I'm actually surprised you were able to join since I'm pretty sure your account is 100$

Indeed, no way in hell should your account be able to register. But still, you got a game out of here during your time, so even if there is a long wait until your return, you have something until then.

I invited my friend to join on this site but he cannot complete the registration because of the account value confirmation or something. He has purchased his games that can be bought yet he still has this problem.
On the other hand, I had no problem whatsoever when registering even though my games are all F2Ps and 1 game was sent thru gift.
Just asking for the solution on this one, since the FAQ doesn't provide the specific info to fix it.
