What's going on here?

I've had a Ticket for a reroll check open for a week and just received a "Not Received" because of missing support.

Anyone else noticing this?

Edit

I also have one more Ticket that if not solved by tomorrow will result in one more "Not Received".

Maybe I've run out Support Tickets for the year already? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

mine from 6 days ago was handled quickly...

only ticket I have open atm is one for a game from a paid service being marked to 0cv

Maybe they are bit understaffed especially now over the summer when a lot of people tend to take their vacations.
10 days ago I had a reroll that took 4 days. Not ideal, but as long as it is not over the 7 day mark I'm fine.
