FO3 is an enjoyable dungeon crawler with zero story, and of course FO1/2 are among the best cRPGs ever made. It is worth to experience them if you have a few hundred hours. :)

Yeah, there are ways to get all this cheaper. But if you're looking to get into Fallout, it's not an awful deal for all that. Alas, I have no interest in Fallout.

Meh, its not worth it cause pretty much everyone has 3 and Vegas and if you don't idk why you never got it. Then after that the first, second and tactics are good but only worth the sale on steam price.

Ah, it's the 1C situation again? (Poland was late with getting Skyrim because of the local publisher/distributor, who also made it so that you could not activate Skyrim keys if you were in Poland, though I think Bethesda managed to boot them out of that deal due to how poorly they handled it).

I don't know if they did or not, but F4 is free out of this crap, I bought two fallouts 4, for me and for giveaway, and neither me nor winner had any activation problems, so at least that one is safe.

Yes, the 1C situation because of New Vegas. For some unexplainable reason it also covers countries where they are not even the local distributor. Because reasons. And because apparently in Bethesda's eyes, entire Central and Eastern Europe is actually part of Russia.

Yes, that's why I never will be able to write a review about dishonored, because it's Dishonored RU. WIthout a store page, and according to Steam I don't own the correct, western version to review it. Feels awkward, considering the history with Russia/Soviet Union and Western EU
