Yes, a part of them get handled (because a few active mods). But not all.
And of course only the extremest get listed there, which doesn't mean it don't give many games that give 20cv for 6 cents etc..
I reported nearly 1k games to set to reduced/free, till i gave up around 1 year ago. It's a fight against windmills and the mods don't do the BASIC checks of bundle sites (or sites like barter that list all bundles and a lot of the freebies...).
As very easy example, check the dig bundles and you will see, for sure, 50(?) - 75%(?) of games that still give full cv. The same counts for IG, fanatical or HB but in a lower amount. To only name a few stores.
[In short, something is very wrong if members must report bundles and freebies when the mods could add them, mostly, without some extra effort from someone else, with only checking barter.]

A part of the mods are burned out or demotivated (of course mostly the good ones that done a lot in the past) and a other part of the mods are only there to have a "nice badge/reputation" and can be seen as decorative plants.

A lot of people gave up to report bundles/freebies, you see it on the nearly constant tickets in the "add game" category, since many weeks, in the stats.
I can say that the ones from my group, that were, maybe motivated from my dedication, very active, nearly all stopped completely to care.

The new junior mods will change this trend a bit when they are senior mods but in the end it will not solve the problem because cg as example not implemented a "ru store tracker" that i gave the mods and that they sended cg. If he wanted, all listed games there could be added automatic to the bundled list or send automaticly messages to the mods that no member would be needed to be involved. In each case much lesser work for all and nothing that could slip throught. That is, of course, only one of the examples.

So each one that exploit the dig store with 5 copies of each bundle, do the same with the shady ru shops (where dig gets a lot of games from), all the region change abusers (at the moment mostly to turkey, before mostly argentina, india and ru/cis) will solve the won/sent cv ratio thing without a problem.
