like with the code which suppose to be on email? I had that problem 2 months ago, their support doesn't exist. After all trial&errors I managed to reset password and after that emails started to arrive :>

I think only your profile is locked and not your account. It is common issue when you use free a VPN service.
Verify security code they send to your email and your account will be active again.
Then, disable IP check from your indiegala profile and/or don't use VPN which allocate single IP address to a multiple users. Your profile will never be locked again.

First IG bundle in a while where some of the games are half decent. The pick of the bunch for me is Thunder kid. Reminds me of an old school game called gryzor fused with mega man.

guess what happend again, NODATAFOUND on any key,
needed to reclaim my paid content via support ticket.
As for now I´d NOT recommend to use IG anylonger..
and I am a buying customer since 2014 on their website

Same thing happened to myself and others last week with the Crazy Sausage Games Bundle. Support will probably delete your bundle and give you gala credit to buy it again. What they can't fix is all the confidence they losing from their customers.
