I just found out about this while searching for a possibility of a Torchlight 3. Hob is a game from Runic, the same people that made Torchlight's 1&2. And it looks right up my alley. Something new to look forward to. Watch the PAX trailer here if you never saw it or heard of it. I am SO preordering this when I see it. Should have a few bucks saved up by then.

Runic makes some of the best games. :P

If a game doesn't have a Russian/CIS version of their keys (you can check via SteamDB), you can use a Russian VPN to get a ROW key from Gamersgate at Russian Prices.
The ongoing sale means you could get Hob for like $3.76 or Torchlight for $0.74.
