Having a issue/question about the giveaway…… 0 0

My giveaway after announced the winner and sent the key a week ago, winner still hasn't claimed the key, checked his steamgifts profile and found out that he's suspended for some weeks.
So wanted to ask what to do in this type of case, still waiting those weeks for him to claim, or just ask to reroll to a new winner? ><
