Hi.I seen many info, but they saying mostly no, u cant cross play gta online. But they started developing it, so im curious if its possible or not now.
I just want to know if i can play gta online on pc with xbox one. Thanks for any answer :)

I misread, you want to play on PC with a friend playing on Xbox One? If that's the case, no, you can't.
