There's always the VPN option, I suppose.
My IG account is weird, I used a VPN on it a few months ago then once or twice got something saying I was logging in from an unrecognised IP and I had to go through a security process to unlock it. Started to think that was too much hassle, and I suppose I had a bit of feeling guilty moment as I stoppped using VPNs on Bundle Stars at the same too. For some reason IG have never charged me VAT since then anyway.
Edit: "You put the no VPN" thing in after I started replying so I guess all of that is now redundant.

IG deduct the VAT from the sale price if it's required rather than charging it additionally like Bundle Stars or coinplay do, so there's no need for a VPN at all as far as I'm aware.

I own 2 games from this bundle and I still have some backlog when it comes to Daedalic games so I'm skipping this one.
I can recommend Harvey's New Eyes though, very good and original adventure game.
