Humble Bundle's Wargame in Polski only?

So I've bought "humble weekly sale: focus home interactive - above $6 pack" a couple of hours ago. Downloaded 8 gb of wargame: european escalation, and the game is in polski.

I dont live in there, I am not using my steam in that language, but the game offers only Polski to me and when I've managed to get into the settings I couldnt find any other language.

Did the same thing happen any of you? I am sending a ticket to humblebundle, but I want to know if there are others like me out there. :)

Edit: It seems the site's support system is collapsed, I couldnt send any messages and so couldnt get any help.

Have you checked Properties -> Language in steam?

Steam/steamapps/common/wargame european escalation/install.dat > Open this file with wordpad, change the number 685234 to 199285, save and close.

It seemed to be a common problem even before the bundle. Example. Derfel06's solution should work.
