For your steam birthday, an update to my longest delayed payment. 19 days and still no signs of it 'clearing' even though it cleared after the first 5. Relevant because I wanted an extra PS3 and I cancelled one because it had the wrong address. Now I got have this problem.

Congratulations, newbie member of the pc masterrace ;).

I've been on steam since it launched and played on PC before that too, but I've also dabbled with consoles.
I had consoles as a kid, but I had a period of 10~ years when I didn't have a console, after selling my PS1 and then getting a PS3 somewhere around 2010.
I haven't even touched my PS3 for like 2 years, but it kinda half-died years ago too :D.
It most likely has something wrong with the laser and will only read discs if it is mounted in a certain angle.
Even then, it only reads Blu-ray movies like half of the time and the other half of the time it actually reads game discs, it's very selective :D.
I don't think I'm going back to consoles any time soon.. Maybe in another 10 years ;)
