[Suggestion] Help discussion section

Was just thinking, that it would be nice if there was a help section where people could post issues they might be having either with hardware, software, websites or what ever with some hope that the large number of users would be able to help them resolve the issues.

i voted no because there aren't many threads about that topic (plus usually no one answers those, either because no one knows or no one cares)

I asked for this in the beta, but it was turned down, I forget why.

90% of the topics there would probably be posts that needed a support ticket to be resolved.
