Wanted to let you know that the key is region locked and can't be activated, probably, outside of CIS countries. You can talk with a moderator to have the giveaway deleted, or you can try to re-roll for another winner, but since you didn't make the giveaway region restricted, someone else might find himself in the same situation, unable to activate the game.
