well i just got in touch with the publisher or better put one of there team , who will be fowarding it to briefcase who is part of the same company, so let them contact steamgifts support and handle it.

but yeah this is seriously messed up, as i hate it when people do this, you shouldent enter a giveaway unless you plan on redeeming the game... -_-

You should delete this GA, regifting is not allowed and it sucks.

If you don't want the game, ask the guy who sent it over that you'll accept a reroll (so he can find a new guy who wants it). You can delete this giveaway and try that.
