Know him, but don't really watch his videos. From the videos I have seen, he seems like a nice enough guy. Only reason why I don't really watch him is because most of his videos are lets play's and I prefer to play the game on my own.

Heard about Markiplier before but I don't think I've ever watched one of his videos.
Read his bio on Wikipedia and his style of entertainment doesn't suit me. I'm not a fan of entertainers who overact and pander to their audience. It just seems insincere.
That being said he does seem to care about his fans, which is a plus.

Well, from what I know of Markiplier, he has hair and a youtube channel. That's pretty much it, so if I have to elaborate on what I think of him, I'd say I am quite happy for him that he still has that much hair to cover much of his cranium region. That pretty much cover everything, by that I mean his cranium region and my opinion of this person.
