All I can help you with is to advise you to carefully read the rules of the site and also carefully familiarize yourself with all the parameters for creating a giveaways. Also, deleting an incorrect giveaway with an indication of the reason will not be a problem. I think you can handle it. Personally, I would advise you not to show intolerance on the basis of nationality to any extent.
